Hello,
I am searching for a farm that I can get a new start in. The economy has ruined us in the area in which we reside. I want to move and take over someones boarding facility, or start a new one. I am looking for at least an 8 stall barn, with plenty of pasture, arena, etc....Must also have a 3 bedroom 2bath house. House does not have to be pretty( I will be in the barn waking hours). I also have animals that I use to do pony rides and petting zoos. I have my own horses(5 minis and 3 riding) that will be coming along with me.
I am very business oriented and have had 35 years of horse experience. For the right property I am willing to move just about anywhere. Looking to make the move this spring. Last daughter is going away to college and have nothing to keep me in present area.
Property MUST be self sufficiant for income.
My husband is a remodeler and we can also trade remodeling work for rent if so desired.
I am hoping to find someone who is struglging to make payments on their property so that you do not lose it or if you would think about us assuming the loan.
If you have this kind of property, please contact me. I would rather be in the mountains, but do not have to be. Just want to be in an area that will be profitable boarding horses.
