Those of us who ride regularly know, the more you ride the better you feel--and perhaps it helps you get along better with others too. After riding we are more relaxed, less stressed and more likely to get along with others better than before our ride. Now ground breaking research from the College of William and Mary can prove it among the children on the Autism Spectrum riding at Dream Catchers in Toano, Virginia. Come and learn all about it at the TRAV Education Day at Dream Catchers. In addition, a great lecture is available on how riding instructors can communicate most effectively. Please join us!
