Please come and join us at Promise Kept Farm for the Equine Rescue League's 27th Annual Spring Open House!

Our horses, ponies, donkeys, and mules will be waiting to meet you during the weekend of May 20-21, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM both days. Held rain or shine, the Open House offers free parking and free admission.

There will be live music, a huge bake sale, raffle prizes, and a used tack sale in Bubba's Tack Shack!

For the safety and enjoyment of our residents and guests, please leave all pets at home.

The Equine Rescue League is a non-profit organization established in 1990 that supports the responsible use of working, sport and pleasure horses, ponies, donkeys and mules. Our goals are to prevent the neglect or abuse of any equine, to offer educational programs to the community, and to provide rehabilitation and adoption for those animals in need of our services.

Located at Promise Kept Farm on 20 acres in Lovettsville, Virginia, the ERL has a full-time farm manager along with
several part-time employees and dozens of volunteers
providing around-the-clock care to all residents, including those with special needs.

We work to provide a safe haven to equines in need, to care for them as they embark on the challenging road to recovery, and to place them into loving forever homes.
