*Just Reduced by $25K*OPEN HOUSE 5/21 1-4** 26-acre horse property in historic Waterford built in 2000, 4 bed 2 1/2 bath, main floor master, stainless kitchen appliances. Gorgeous views from every window in the house! Large center aisle 8 stall barn with 2 run-ins, tack room, wash stall, 5 fenced paddocks. No animals? The barn has many alternate uses.

The Barn and Paddocks:
● Constructed with backed enamel siding for durability (horses cannot chew it, or dent it if they kick) and cleanability (unlike wood, can be power washed).
● Concrete aisle with cross lies (ropes that are hooked on the side of the walls at the end of the barn so horses can be hooked up when putting on saddles, grooming, etc. )
● No ladder in aisle for horse safety.
● Hayloft with access to every stall (throw hay down from the loft into each horse area)
● Water access for every field and every stall.
● Designed so that the stalls that are open as part of the barn (avoiding the need for sheds in the field that are difficult to get hay to, clean and keep in good shape).
● Front right paddock area is separated from the other fields for a horse that cannot have contact with another (such as an ill horse, or a stallion).
● The area behind the barn, with the doors closed, can also be used for a tum out area for a horse that shouldn't run around for health reasons.
● Stalls on the right side are adjustable (for foaling, or so that more than one horse can come in to the barn).
● Overall layout of the barn allows the horses lo be able to come into the stalls easily (no need lo take them in and out of the fields individually). It also allows for some horses to be in and others to be out if needed for health reasons (the outer doors can be closed).
● No problems managing barn in severe weather conditions - the huge snow year, hurricanes, high winds, etc.
● The right front paddock is kept with poor grass for horses that cannot tolerate being on good grass (diet paddock, or a dry lot).
