Great opportunity for a young rider or college student looking to gain experience in all aspects of running a top dressage facility.



Currently looking for a working student to help at a private dressage training facility in Boyce, Virginia. Duties to include grooming, tacking up and barn work. Smaller, personalized operation with an average of 15-20 horses. Riding available for the right person, but must have had prior experience riding through at least training level. Ideal candidate would have a positive attitude, be hard-working, and interested in learning the ins and outs of a top dressage business. Will provide field boarding for own horse or lease one of ours, as well as regular lessons. Opportunities available to ride with top clinicians who frequent the farm such as Andrea Velas, Lisa Wilcox, and Felicitas von Neumann-Cosel.
