NOT FOR SALE. Talented 15.3hh never-raced 14 yr old Thoroughbred mare available for partial lease at charming Nokesville family farm. This mare has lots of heart and smarts, as she demonstrated in her successful first forays into the show arena. Ideal lease candidate will be focused equally on the training needs of the horse as well as their own personal training goals. Building a relationship with this mare works best starting with dressage/equitation work,then jumping once the relationship is established.

Leaser must be at least 18 years of age. No beginners: leaser must demonstrate equitation experience/ability.

Small horse farm boasts outdoor arena with nighttime lighting, nearby trails, an indoor wash rack with overhead heater, and ample tack room. Lease rate contingent on # of days per month leaser wishes to ride.
