Starting in September, John Sanford and Gail Todter, Ph.D. will be co-instructing another class at PVCC. This will be History and Care of The Horse . The class will start with the evolution of the horse and cover the equine species world wide. The class will discuss man's relationship with the horse and how the horse has helped mankind through the centuries to discover, conquer and develop the world. Also covered will be tack, feed and care of the horse in modern times. The class will be offered through Piedmont Virginia Community College Workforce Services.
