Website: https://andersonstablespva.com Anderson Stables LLC is a new farm opening to the public for boarding, training and lessons. We have brand new facilities, which include two large barns and a show ring. The barns include two tack rooms(temp controlled), a spacious heated wash stall, a bathroom, shower and washer/dryer. We have well taken care of pastures for your horses to graze and enjoy daily turnout. We have an excellent instructors, Laney has successfully shown locally and on the circuit winning many champions and year end awards. She showed at high school level (IEA) where she placed nationally over fences and then went on to ride for the University of Mary Washington in college. Jennifer Howard has many years of horse experience and instructing beginner to intermediate hunter/jumper lessons. She attended the equine school Meredith Manor where she learned various training styles and techniques. Our farm is ready to work with riders of all ages and levels as well as with owners and their horses. Our teaching structure is focused on correct hunter/jumper equitation as well as overall horsemanship skills and most importantly fun and safety. The importance of correct equitation and knowledge of the various leg/seat aides is crucial in the ability to be an correct, effective and confident rider.
