Property backs up to 500 acre Lake Fairfax Park with trails all throughout. Horses have priority yield on the trails. Direct access off of the property onto the Rails to River horse trail leading to the W&OD trail (has separate dedicated horse trail parallel to the paved trail), the 40 mile Cross County Trail, as well as trails all throughout Reston, Vienna and Oakton. Trails continue off the property to Great Falls, River Bend, Algonquin, all the way to Leesburg and Purcellville. Easy 5 minute trailer ride to Turner Farm's cross country course and ring, 5 minutes to Hunters Valley Riding Club, 15 minutes to Frying Pan Park's indoor and outdoor rings, easy 10 minute ride to Seneca. Owner has over 45 years experience and lives on site The barn sits on five acres, has a 72 foot round pen with trailer parking included in the cost of board. Stalls are cleaned and horses fed twice a day by the owner/operator, 24/7 turnout. Horse owners pay for their feed and hay. Southern States delivers to the barn and hay deliveries are handled by the barn owner. Cost of board is $650.00 per month. Relaxed and friendly environment! |
